Alexa

New Arrival!

Meet Alexa! She came in with our group of New Year New Life auction saves. When she got home we noticed that she was covered in burrs that had formed mats all over her body. Mats can be painful as they get worse and start pulling on the skin. We got to work quickly to remove the burrs and provide her some relief. She is a little underweight but is getting plenty of grain and alfalfa to help her get back to her best self. She is unbelievably sweet and is eager to spend time with our staff. Stay tuned for more updates on this wonderful mare!
