Annabel

Sweet Annabel was an auction save from November 2023. When we saw her in the auction house we immediately knew we needed to take her home. She was covered in large abrasions all over her body and was malnourished. We believe she received these wounds from being dragged, possibly in an attempt to help her stand up. She also received an abrasion on her eye which developed into a severe ulcer. She was at serious risk of losing her eye but our incredible vet and staff have been working hard every day treating her eye, and she is finally healing! Annabel is very quiet, sweet, and willing to do anything and everything asked of her. Stay tuned for more updates on this sweet mare!
