Though her riding days are behind her, she is elegant in everything she does. She gets bi-weekly medicated leg washes to keep her feathers in pristine condition, befitting the queen that she is! And in keeping her royal appearances in check, she mustn't get her face dirty. Which is why when she takes a treat from your hand, she stretches her lips all the way and holds her mouth open to gently take a treat with just her teeth. It can be intimidating if you are not used to her customs, but what else is a girl to do when she does not have a napkin to wipe her face?
