Vera came to us through our owner crisis assistance program. She is a big mare with even bigger opinions. Vera has shown steady improvement with consistent handling and medication. She has recently participated in several public events and is ready to meet adopters that can accommodate her special needs. Vera will not be suitable for a boarding situation; she will require a quiet home environment where she has a consistent care giver, and a stable, daily routine.
